VENDOR TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Fees: One spot
25.00 (about 12’x 20’) Two or more spots: 20.00 each

Only Automotive related items to be
offered by Vendors

Electrical service is very limited
onsite, contact ahead of time if this is an issue
-
Vendors shall provide SVGTO a copy of
valid liability insurance certificate with your remittance
-
Vendors will be liable for any damages
caused by them to premise property
-
Vendors will use their own display tables
in their respective spot and furnish all of their own equipment
including trash receptacles.
-
Vendors will NOT have a trailer more than
20 feet in length in their spot; you will be charged for (2) two
spaces in this case
-
Pop-up tents are permitted
-
Vendors may begin set up 3 hours before
start of show (preferably no earlier than 6AM) in their designated
spot
-
Vendors required to begin tear down one
hour before end of show (3PM) and vacate by 4 PM
-
Vendors are required to leave area clean
and tidy or they will not be invited back again
-
No pets or alcohol on the premises—any
service animals are permitted
-
All Vendor tow vehicles will be parked at
the extreme end of visitors parking or in the lot provided for
trailer parking
-
Vendors will not sell food or drink items
unless previously approved by SVGTO
-
Vendors will respect other Vendors and
their area
-
Applications will be subject to approval
by SVGTO
-
Vendor space is
limited and is on a first come first serve basis until all
available spots are filled
-
Applications must
be received by August 4, 2012
